  You'd need to be an absolute Guru though. Someone who knows web design & development like the back of their hand and can invent and innovate stuff in their sleep while other mere mortals watch in amazement. You'd need to be seriously HOT and have a portfolio to prove it. You'd need to have a few years of experience under your belt and have an excellent command of English (Arabic as well would be a major plus BTW). Besides that you'd need to have copious amounts of initiative and energy. If you can answer a resounding YES to all these points then yes, we'd be stupid not to look at your CV.
